- Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

- You approve the full charge for your purchase.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse transactions suspected of fraud

Shipping Policy
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- ESS Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
Customer responsibilities:
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Track shipments once dispatched
We are not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier
- Errors due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final unless one of the following applies:
- Incorrect item received
- Item arrives damaged
- Verified non-delivery
Conditions:
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof may be required
- Items must remain unused and in original condition if applicable
We reserve the right to approve or deny all refund or replacement requests.

Strict Liability Waiver (critical section)
ESS Wellness / ESS Industries assumes no liability under any circumstances for the use, misuse, or handling of any products sold.
By purchasing, you explicitly agree that:
- ESS Wellness / ESS Industries is not liable for any consumption of peptides.
- Peptides may be sold to individuals, and use is entirely at the discretion of the purchaser.
